📝 Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

• Proficiency in using BIM software is highly preferred.

• Full commitment to all assigned tasks and duties.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a challenging work environment.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with integrity.

• QS fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

📝 Job Descriptions:

• Participate in quantity take-offs & material measurements.

• Coordinate in preparing BIM models and quantities.

• Assist in preparing estimates, cost plans & analysis.

• Support in preparing tender documents & contracts.

• Liaise with project team based on project needs & ad hoc assignments.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations & best practices in Quantity Surveying.
