Iconic Penang Sdn Bhd (IPSB), a subsidiary of Iconic Group, is set to open the Iconic Marjorie Hotel, a 298-room property located near Sungai Nibong.
This hotel is poised to become the first five-star Peranakan-inspired establishment of its kind and size, drawing inspiration from Penang's rich cultural heritage.
In a significant move, IPSB has entered into a franchise agreement with Marriott International. As a result, the soon-to-be-launched Iconic Marjorie Hotel in Penang will join the Tribute Portfolio, a brand within the Marriott International family.
